Direct Program
Qualified homebuyers wishing to purchase a condo or a newer mobile home may be able to receive a low-interest mortgage through this program. Applicants must complete a homebuyer education course. Income and purchase price limits apply.
Foreclosure Prevention Counselors
We are approved by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide counseling, education and advice in housing issues to new and existing homeowners.
Move Program
This program offers low-interest mortgage loans to qualified homebuyers who wish to purchase a single-family home or a duplex in Vermont. Borrowers must meet income and purchase price limits, and must complete a homebuyer education course in order to qualify.
