The 1st Gold program is for first-time homebuyers and those purchasing homes in certain targeted areas of Oklahoma who need help with the down payment and the closing costs in order to purchase their own home.

We are approved by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide counseling, education and advice in housing issues to new and existing homeowners.

This is a mortgage loan program for Oklahoma educators which offers assistance with securing a low-interest fixed-rate mortgage. If needed, help with the up-front costs of the home purchase is also available.

This program offers a low-interest fixed-rate mortgage and down payment assistance to eligible firefighters and police officers serving in Oklahoma.
