Foreclosure Prevention Counselors
We are approved by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide counseling, education and advice in housing issues to new and existing homeowners.
Helping Hand
With the Helping Hand, qualified homebuyers may secure an $8,000 loan at zero percent interest for help with the up-front costs of purchasing a home. An interest rate buy-down may also be available to reduce the mortgage payments, depending on which type of first mortgage has been secured.
HERO
The HERO program offers both a first mortgage for the house and a second mortgage for the down payment and closing costs. This program is only available to people in qualified professions.
Homeowner Rehabilitation Program
Existing homeowners with financial need may be eligible for this program's reimbursement of certain expenses paid to rehab their home. Qualifying repairs include those which increase energy efficiency and general liveability, and those which are needed to bring the house up to building code standards.
Mortgage Booster Program
This program offers assistance with down payment and closing costs to eligible Mortgage$aver borrowers. Assistance is available in the form of a second mortgage which may be used in conjunction with Mortgage$aver, Mortgage$aver Xtra, or Mortgage$aver Zero.
Mortgage$aver
First-time homebuyers can find attractive mortgage terms with this group of MFA programs. Options include Mortgage$aver Zero, Mortgage$aver Xtra, and Mortgage$aver Plus. Income and purchase price limits apply.
Payment$aver
First-time homebuyers with low to moderate income may qualify for this program if they need help with the up-front costs of purchasing their home.
