Community Activity Set Aside Program (CASA)

First-time homebuyers who meet the criteria for the CASA Initiative Target Market may apply for down payment and closing cost assistance through this program. After taking a homebuyer education course, borrowers may secure a low-interest junior loan with fixed interest rates. Income and other limits apply.

Foreclosure Prevention Counselors

We are approved by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide counseling, education and advice in housing issues to new and existing homeowners.

Homeownership Assistance Fund

Borrowers who have already qualified for the MMP can receive a zero interest deferred loan to help with the up-front costs of purchasing their home.

Minnesota Mortgage Program (MMP)

First-time homebuyers in Minnesota may qualify for low interest rates on their first fixed-rate mortgage through this program. Income and purchase price limits apply.

Urban Indian Housing Program (UIHP)

First-time Native American homebuyers can secure a fixed-rate mortgage at low interest rates when they purchase homes in certain urban areas of Minnesota. Recipients must complete a first-time homebuyer education program. Income and purchase price limits apply.
