First Home

This loan program offered by the IFA enables qualified first-time homebuyers to secure a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage. Income limits apply.

First Home Plus

First Home Plus offers assistance to first-time homebuyers who have trouble saving for the up-front costs of purchasing a home. Up to $2,500 is available to each qualified borrower. Income limits apply.

Foreclosure Prevention Counselors

We are approved by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide counseling, education and advice in housing issues to new and existing homeowners.

Military Service Member Homeownership Assistance Program

Eligible members of the US Armed Services could receive assistance of up to $5,000 toward the down payment or closing costs of their new home. Borrowers may also qualify for the First Home and the First Home Plus programs.

REOHome

This loan program specializes in helping borrowers with the cost of purchasing a bank-owned REO residence. Eligible homebuyers may receive up to $10,000 and must qualify for the First Home and the First Home Plus programs.
