Arkansas Dream Down Payment Initiative (ADDI)

Like the Down Payment Assistance program, the ADDI aims to help more Arkansas residents who lack the upfront costs required to obtain a mortgage. Different funding sources make this a different program, but the benefits are the same to low-income first-time homebuyers.

Down Payment Assistance Program

This ADFA program is available to qualified homebuyers who can afford a mortgage but not a down payment. After completing a homebuyer education course, the down payment assistance will be given at closing. One monthly check to the lender covers both mortgage payments.

Foreclosure Prevention Counselors

We are approved by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide counseling, education and advice in housing issues to new and existing homeowners.

Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME)

This program for low-income residents of Arkansas targets both new home purchases and renovation projects on a personal residence. Public agencies, non-profit organizations, and private developers are welcome to seek assistance with their housing programs. Income and purchase price limits apply.

HomeToOwn

This program offers low interest rates for both mortgages and down payments to first-time home buyers in Arkansas and to all residents of certain targeted areas in Arkansas. Income and purchase price limits apply.
