We are approved by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide counseling, education and advice in housing issues to new and existing homeowners.

This program provides mortgage assistance in the form of a refundable federal tax credit equal to 20 percent of the borrower's annual mortgage interest. In addition, down payment assistance is available for up to 5 percent of the home's purchase price.

The Mortgage Revenue Bond Program finances affordable mortgage loans and down payment assistance for home buyers who can otherwise qualify for a mortgage. Income and purchase price limits apply.
